Questions proprietors ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
What if my teachers are not technical?
A teacher signs in with their phone number and a 6-digit PIN, and sees only their own class. Taking a register is one tap per pupil.
Can parents see other people’s children?
No. A parent sees their own children and nothing else — not the roll, not other results, not the school’s money.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The school drops back to the free limits and everything already recorded stays readable.
Does it work when the network is poor?
Screens are small and load quickly, and the app tells you plainly when something has not saved rather than pretending it has.
